** GOOGLE REVIEW ** I don't typically write reviews, but my experience with shopping for used cars was a nightmare--until I arrived at this place. The lot had nothing but decent cars within my price range. At other lots, the first thing I was asked was "cash or finance?" instead of "how can I help you?" James, the salesman at this place, was such a breath of fresh air. I did not get the run around, and he was completely transparent. I was seconds away from purchasing a vehicle when he told me something he felt I should know, and this did talk me out of that particular vehicle. But, it did not talk me out of a sale--he had several other good cars, and I ended up purchasing the right one and could not be happier with the experience. This is a place you feel good about giving your business to.

This was my very first car purchase, and doing a lot of research I've heard plenty of horror stories about others' experiences at "steal"-erships. Before coming to Velasquez Auto Sales, I'd been to a couple of dealerships, both with experiences not nearly as good as this one (the first was rude, and the second sold the car before we could even view it, despite calling ahead of time to let them know we were on our way).

From the time we got there to when we left, he was a very patient and accomodating salesman that was transparent with us when it came to pricing. He was also willing to compromise with us on the OTD price at a time when their pricing was "locked in" for the end of the year. If only all dealerships could be this pleasant to deal with ??
